Apple and Sour Cream Slice

1 pkg. vanilla cake mix
185 g (approx. 2 sticks) butter, softened
1 c. coconut
1 egg, beaten
1 400-ml (approx. 14-ounces) can apple pie filling
300 ml (approx. 1 1/3 c.) sour creamDirections:
Mix together the cake mix, butter and coconut and cook in a small greased rectangle slice tray at 180 C (350 degrees) for 25 minutes. Mix together the egg, apple pie filling and sour cream and put on top of base. Bake an additional 25 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.
